Directions: 287 North to Exit 59 (NJ-208 S) towards Franklin Lakes.  Take the Plaza Rd. exit.  Turn sharp right onto Plaza Rd.  Turn right onto Ellington Rd.  Turn left onto Midland Avenue. 

Dinner:  Will consist of salad and pasta courses.  Roast beef and Roasted Chicken with potatoes and vegetables served family style.

Ticket Prices:  $30.00 per adult and $20.00 per child.

Important:  All players and cheerleaders with the exception of the A SquadMUST sit at tables with their parents.  We will be seating tables of 10-12 people, so please fill out THIS FORM and bring it to Barbara Arnott with payment, usually near the snack stand on game day, or put in an envelope attention Barbara and every effort will be made to sit you with whoever you request to sit with for the dinner.  Cheerleaders may also return it to their advisor or Deana Wolowitz.  We will be collecting these forms from October 1st to November 3rd.  NO tickets will be sold after November 2nd.  This is a strict deadline.  Thank you!
